First of all, a very HAPPY 2ND BIRTHDAY to a little guy who has completely turned our world upside down for the better. He blesses us each and every day with his gigantic heart and silliness. He is so much fun to teach and watch grow. He is incredibly smart, funny, energetic and loving. He loves music, animals and books. He also likes to test his boundaries...a lot, but he wouldn't be a kid if he didn't. He is also a dare devil, which scares me, but makes me marvel at his passion for life. He is an amazing little man, and I'm so happy and proud to be his Mama! Love you Mitchell J.!

And of course, a very HAPPY FATHER'S DAY to Gus! He is an amazing father to Mitchell and he works incredibly hard for our little family. The man manages 1 1/2 jobs on top of taking care of us. Not an easy task, but he makes it work. He is willing to dive head first into the not so fun tasks of parenting (like when MJ puked in the car on the way home from vacation) and also makes time for the fun tasks like wrestling and roughhousing (which Mommy isn't so good at). He teaches Mitchell about his faith, about relationships, about "manly" things, about respect, and the importance of education. He is an earthly model of Mitchell's heavenly Father's love for him. He is involved...what Mitchell's birthmother wanted for him...a family unit consisting of a Mother and Father who would both be there for him. He is an amazing man, and I'm so happy and proud to be his wife! I love you Gus! Thanks for being an incredible Dad to Mitchell!
